Hopefully you will not have to return anything to us. However, if you do, then please follow the below information;
My order is Damaged
We ask you to check the goods immediately to ensure any items are not damaged. Any claims for damages must be informed within 30 days of receipt.
I have received the wrong item
If you have received an item that is different to what you have ordered then please Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can arrange the safe return of this item and the quick dispatch of the correct part to yourself.
I have a Faulty item
Depending on each manufacturer guarantee we will either offer a repair, or where this is not possible we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model. We ask you to report these faulty items to us within a minimum of 30 Days
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. We are happy to cancel any order placed within the last 24 hours providing the item has not already been dispatched. If the item has been dispatched, you can return this item to us within 28 days for a full refund.
Can I send an item back?
Yes. Any unwanted item can be returned at your cost and must be unused and in original packaging and returned within 28 days. Our returns address can be found below. If you would like us to uplift the item, this will incur a small surcharge.
