FAQ'S

Are you VAT registered and how can I get an invoice?
Yes, we are VAT registered. VAT no – 763 053 735. Each order placed will come with a Vat invoice.

Are all items in Stock?
All items listed are in stock either at our Bristol depot or our main distribution centres across the country.

Can I collect from your Bristol Depot?
Yes. However, it is advisable that you Contact us before collecting as we do not keep all items in stock at our Bristol depot.  In most cases, orders placed before 1pm can be collected the following working day minus weekends and public holidays

Which couriers do you use for Delivery?
Royal Mail, Small parcels up to 2kg
Yodel, Larger parcels up to 30kg

When will I receive my Order?
All FREE Delivery orders should be delivered within 2-4 days (minus weekends and public holidays) However Royal Mail orders can take up to 7 working days.

My order is Damaged
We ask you to check the goods immediately to ensure any items are not damaged. Any claims for damages must be informed within 48 hours of receipt.

I have received the wrong item
If you have received an item that is different to what you have ordered then please Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can arrange the safe return of this item and the quick dispatch of the correct part to yourself.

Can I send an item back?
Yes. Any unwanted item can be returned at your cost and must be unused and in original packaging and returned within 28 days. Our returns address can be found on the Contact Us page. If you would like us to uplift the item, this will incur a surcharge.

I have a Faulty item
Depending on each manufacturer guarantee we will either offer a repair, or where this is not possible we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model

Is what I see on the page, exactly what I will receive?
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all specifications, descriptions, images and prices are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or emissions. We also reserve the right to change any of the above without notice. Please note; Images are for illustration purposes only.

What is the cost of delivery?
All of our products are priced including VAT and FREE delivery (Mainland UK ONLY). If you are outside of the mainland UK, then please feel free to Contact us for a quote on delivery.

Bulk Buying?
Buy more products and we may be able to give you more discount. Total order must exceed £50 before we can consider any improved prices.

Do you email out regular offers?
Submit your email address here and you will receive occasional e-mail newsletters giving a heads up on the latest products and any promotions we are running. Please sign up today.

Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Yes, although in some cases we may contact the buyer to gather further information to ensure the addresses we are delivering to are genuine and safe to deliver to. In some cases, we may also ask for supporting documentation to be sent to us regarding proof of ID.

Are your products brand new and in original packaging?
All our products are brand new, original products in their original packaging - unless otherwise stated. All our power tools are UK spec, CE marked.

When are you open?
We are open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday minus Weekends and Public Holidays. Our website is open for orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
