My order is Damaged We ask you to check the goods immediately to ensure any items are not damaged. Any claims for damages must be informed within 48 hours of receipt.
I have received the wrong item If you have received an item that is different to what you have ordered then please Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can arrange the safe return of this item and the quick dispatch of the correct part to yourself.
I have a Faulty item Depending on each manufacturer guarantee we will either offer a repair, or where this is not possible we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model
Can I cancel my order? Yes. We are happy to cancel any order placed within the last 24 hours providing the item has not already been dispatched. If the item has been dispatched, you can return this item to us within 28 days for a full refund.
Can I send an item back? Yes. Any unwanted item can be returned at your cost and must be unused and in original packaging and returned within 28 days. Our returns address can be found below. If you would like us to uplift the item, this will incur a small surcharge.

When will I receive my Order? All FREE Delivery orders should be delivered within 2-4 days (minus weekends and public holidays)However, Royal Mail orders can take up to 7 working days.
Can I have my order sooner? Yes. In most cases we can arrange a next day delivery direct from the manufacturer. However, each supplier has different surcharges, along with cut off times for next day delivery. Please contact the sales team on 0871 200 3033 for a quote.
Which couriers do you use for Delivery? Royal Mail, Small parcels up to 2kg Yodel, Larger parcels up to 30kg
What is the cost of delivery? All of our products are priced including VAT and FREE delivery (Mainland UK ONLY). If you are outside of the mainland UK, then please feel free to Contact us for a quote on delivery.
Can I have my order sent to a different address? Yes, although in some cases we may contact the buyer to gather further information to ensure the addresses we are delivering to are genuine and safe to deliver to. In some cases, we may also ask for supporting documentation to be sent to us regarding proof of ID.
When are you open? We are open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday minus Weekends and Public Holidays. Our website is open for orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
