We have literally 1000’s of products in stock ready for immediate despatch. If we do not have an item in stock then we can sometimes arrange for the goods to be sent direct from our manufacturer
depending on their own terms and conditions. So if you need that important Nut or Bolt or even if you have run out of toilet rolls please call us for your fast delivery. If you cannot see the

access to over 60,000 products from over 200 of the leading manufacturers in the UK.
When can I expect my goods ?
For stock items we aim to despatch your goods same day if ordered by 3.00pm and subject to availability and conditions. Only complete orders will be despatched. However, if you instruct us to
despatch a part order then we reserve the right to introduce a separate carriage charge. Usually your order will arrive with you within 2-5 working days depending on the product. We can sometimes
arrange a next day service or a timed service but this would incur a surcharge. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss of goods in transit or goods not arriving on time.

Deliveries outside the above zones will attract further surcharges which will be confirmed with you before processing.
*All prices exclude vat, and assume total order does not exceed 25kgs. All goods that weigh in excess of 25kgs is usually charged at 50p per kilo thereafter. In addition goods packed in more than one carton may attract extra shipping surcharge. However, we will not process this order until we confirm this surcharge with you.

What if I am not in when the delivery driver calls ?
We need a signature for all goods sent out for security reasons and as proof of delivery. If you are not in when the driver calls to deliver your order, sometimes they will re attempt delivery the
next working day depending on the carrier. In addition the carrier may hold the goods at their local depot for you to arrange collection. Some carriers reserve the right to charge a re delivery cost
which we would have to pass onto you.
What if my order is damaged?
Upon receipt of your order we ask you to check the goods immediately to ensure the order is correct and not damaged, as claims for damages or short deliveries cannot be considered unless notified
to us in writing within 3 days of the delivery. If the item is damaged and reported within 3 days we will arrange to uplift the product and repair as new, or in some cases replace it with a new
product depending on the manufacturers terms & conditions.
Can I send an item back
If you want to send a stock item back to us because you have ordered the item incorrectly then all we ask is that you send the item back to us at your cost, and as long as the product has not
been damaged in transit and still in the original packing we will issue a full credit. However, if the item has been purchased in especially for your order we reserve the right to charge you up to
30% handling fee on the total order value inc VAT. Also we would have to pass on carriage costs to get the item back to us and then back to our supplier.

What price do I pay?
For all products there are ere are 2 prices available a List Price or RRP Price and a PVR Price. You always pay the PVR Price.
Price match
PVR Direct believe in providing our customers the best prices. If you find a genuine like for like product at a cheaper cost we will do out utmost to price match guarantee. All we ask is proof
of the specific offer, i.e. name of company or copy of a quote etc.
